Users can buy a license and pay a yearly service fee, or the system can be acquired as an ASP solution. By choosing the ASP solution, the initial investment is very limited, however a monthly fee dependant on use is to be paid afterwards.

Very limited investments are required     The users need only to save a few minutes of time per week for the system to pay for itself. On top of this are other cost savings and benefits. You adjust the number of users yourself according to the current requirements. The license fee covers the cost of running the system, maintenance, updates, data back-up, and 24 hours per day attended data centre.
